安太堡露天矿排土场增高扩容边坡参数优化研究

Stability Study of Capacity Increase and Heightening Progress about Waste Dump in ANTAIBAO Open-pit Coal Mine

摘要: 以安太堡露天矿排土场为例,采用基底承载力分析与极限平衡分析相结合的方法,研究了背斜构造影响下增高扩容方案的可行性。通过优化分析,排土场一般平盘宽度进一步缩小至65m,总体边坡角进一步增大至17°,剩余排土空间增加至33480万m3,有效缓解了安太堡矿过背斜期间内排不能及时跟进、排土空间严重不足等问题,保证了超前剥离工作的正常进行,研究方法与成果可供借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract: Due to the increase of open-pit exploration,shortage of land resources and the influence of large geological structure, so many old dumps have to increase capacity,that induced the security problem increasingly prominent.Taking a waste dump of Antaibao open-pit coal mine as a case,the feasibility for the capacity increase and heightening of the dump was analyzed under the influence of anticline structure by the methods of basal bearing capacity analysis and limit equilibrium analysis.Through the optimization analysis, the generally flat width narrowed to 65 m, the overall slope Angle increased to 19°and the residual displacement space increased to 334.8 million m3.Effectively alleviate the problems of internal waste dump can't timely follow up and serious insufficient displacement space,ensure the normal advanced stripping work.Research methods and results worth widely using for reference.
